MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum order quantity is 10 copies of any given textbook. Nevertheless Wessex Inc. may approve lower quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Typically, Naval Military Press, Wessex' fulfillment house, ships to bookstores by DHL. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Bookstores will be charged for shipping and handling, unless they provide their shipping collect account number in which case they will only be charged for handling.

RETURN POLICY

Wessex accepts returns from College bookstores. Books must be sent and received in good condition by BookMasters, Inc., 30, Amberwood Parkway, Ashland, OH 44805. Toll Free: 1-800-537-6727. Information about the books being returned should be sent to Wessex, Inc., Faye’s Back Office, 6961 Ten Timbers Lane, Baltimore, MD 21209 (1-410-484-4344) but all returned books MUST BE SENT to Bookmasters. For up to four textbooks returned, the original value of the textbooks purchased will be refunded less a £20 fee. For five or more textbooks returned, the refund will be 90% of the original value of the textbooks purchased. College bookstores will not be refunded initial shipping charges and will pay the shipping cost for returning textbooks to Bookmasters.

PAYMENT

Wessex's terms are net 30 days. Payments may be made by check, credit card/Paypal or wire transfer.
